If in home service, do the parents purchase the external webcams so you can view the device and the child.

For those of us sheltering in place, it is highly unlikely that parents will purchase additional items plus they are already overwhelmed. I’m looking forward to the bare bone work arounds to make it as easy for parents as possible!

Do you have an example of the consent form that you have parents sign?

Individuals might reach out to their state AT programs. The state AT acts may have devices available for loan.

An example of the form would be great!

FYI-if parents can’t get an extra camera, a cell phone with a camera can be used.

It would be awesome if you would share a couple examples of your paper packets.

in a windows machine, you can right click on your desk top, go to view and hide everything on desk top (folders/files, etc. Then after you can make them visible again

You can share your iPad through Airplay with Zoom Screen sharing, as long as they are both on the same Wifi network

for iPad to PC I use apowermirror

do you know of a good screen recording app that can be downloaded?

reflector teacher can have multiple iPad connects and records as well

Bernadette, for screen recording check out Loom it is free right now due to COVID-19

Quicktime on the Mac is built in and can do screen recording

Screencastify is also very good!

For private practitioners, what we are finding is that you need to check with the insurance provider to see if they will cover services. This varies widely, depending on the state, whether or not there is a parity law as well.
